We are pleased to have a number of well known former players taking up roles as Position Coaches and Mentors to assist with the overall development of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 players.

Working with the player and Academy Manager, the primary role of each Mentor is rugby focused and to guide and coach, in particular with the role and technical requirements of their player’s position, to assist the player with the objectives of his individual development plan.  Over time, additional areas identified for player development by the Coach/Mentor/Player and/or Academy Manager will become factored into the Individual Player Development Plan as the year progresses.
